Pod Consultation and Selection

Gibbsonn’s consultation and selection service helps you find the right pod for your people, space and budget. We compare sizes, manufacturers, features and configurations so you can make an informed choice without navigating the entire market alone.
We begin by understanding how the pod will be used. This includes the number of users, expected activities, required privacy, available space, preferred appearance, technology and purchasing or hire requirements.

You can also book a private appointment at our Bishop’s Stortford showroom. You will have exclusive access to the pods available on site and the undivided attention of our sales team, allowing you to compare comfort, ventilation, lighting, furnishings and features in person.

Independent Guidance from Selection to Next Steps

Gibbsonn supplies pods from leading manufacturers including Framery, BlockO, Kabin, Vetrospace, Taiga, KoPlus, The Meeting Pod Company and Mute. Our role is to help identify which product best matches your particular project.

We can compare small single-person booths, medium meeting pods, larger collaborative spaces and bespoke modular solutions. Where a standard product is unsuitable, we can also explore custom finishes, furniture, branding and technology.

Once a suitable pod has been identified, Gibbsonn can arrange a site survey, prepare space plans and coordinate power, data, delivery and installation.

Discuss your requirements with our team or book a private showroom visit to begin your pod selection.
